Lorpen is a relative new comer to the UK sock market but has already attracted a strong following with many liking the performance and comfort qualities experienced through each model.

The Spanish sock brand utilise a range of materials and constructions within their collection but have great USP’s with their patented Tri-Layer system and the models which contain Primaloft and Polartec.

Within the Tri-Layer offering for 2012 there are a range of models available for men and women which offer different weights allowing these socks to be utilised all year round. For the summer season the Tri-Layer Light Hiker is the perfect choice, the women’s version has been giving a brand new injection of colour for 2012 to set your feet alight.

The Tri-Layer technology, as the name suggests, is a three layer system which ensures any excess moisture produced by the foot is wicked away from the skin to keep the foot dry. A hydrophobic polyester layer sits next to skin to move sweat away form the foot but without absorbing it. The intermediate layer then takes the moisture in and sends it to the outside of the sock where it will evaporate quicker over a larger surface area. The nylon outerlayer gives the socks their durability and abrasion resistance.

Lorpen take great care in the design of their socks to ensure the best fit possible is experienced at all times. Within the collection there are specific styles for men and women to ensure superb comfort time after time.
